A brief overview of Ta Nang - Phan Dung
A 2-day journey through 3 provinces: Lam Dong - Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan. One of the challenging trekking routes that tests your efforts with every step in exchange for the breathtaking moments when you encounter the majestic beauty of the mountains and hills, witness the vastness of the sky and earth, and let your soul drift into the boundless space.
The Ta Nang – Phan Dung trek passes through three provinces: Lâm Đồng, Ninh Thuận, and Bình Thuận, and is known as the most beautiful trekking route in Vietnam. This is a transitional area from the highlands to the Central Coast. You will continuously move on long slopes with altitudes ranging from 500m to 1,100m above sea level. The total length of the trek is about 31 km with a high level of difficulty. You must climb and descend continuously.
The Ta Nang – Phan Dung trekking tour is one of the challenging treks that tests your efforts with every step to earn the breathtaking moments when you witness the majestic beauty of the mountains and hills, experience the vastness of the sky and earth, and let your soul wander in the boundless space. 19:00: A private car (seating) will pick you up in Ho Chi Minh City to go to Duc Trong.
01:00: Arrive at Ta Nang Sports Center, you will rest here to prepare for an energetic trekking trip.
06:30: Welcome the dawn, enjoy breakfast at Tà Năng Sports Center. Remember to recharge your energy to complete 15km on the first day. TropiAd will guide you safely and provide equipment for the trekking trip.
You can relax and breathe in the fresh morning air of Tà Năng, and if you’re lucky, you might catch sight of white storks gracefully flying in the blue sky.
08:00: Start your journey, with the lush scenery of the local people’s fields appearing before your eyes. Occasionally, you will spot a few horses or a herd of cows leisurely grazing on the hills.
13:00: After having lunch under the cool shade of the forest with nutritious dishes, take the opportunity to rest before trekking the remaining distance.
14:00: After passing through a mixed forest and just finishing a steep slope, you will be overwhelmed by the scenery before you: a vast expanse of mountains and hills. You can gaze far and wide, endlessly.
TÀ NĂNG WELCOMES YOU!
18:00: In the evening, you will set up camp on a windy hilltop. By the warm campfire, you will enjoy BBQ and fascinating stories about the mountains and forests.
06:00: You wake up early to catch the first rays of sunshine on the hilltop, enjoying a hot breakfast along with a fragrant cup of coffee.
08:00: After capturing special moments in the mountains and forests, you pack your belongings, preparing for a journey of about 11 km.
The afternoon is a continuous downhill trek; remember to apply the footstep techniques as instructed by the Tour Leader to avoid injuring your feet.
12:00: Lunch by the stream, you take the opportunity to dip your feet in the cool water while watching the fish swim playfully beneath the clear water.
After resting for lunch, you continue the downhill journey, with large, oddly-shaped rocks lining the path.
16:00: Exiting the forest, a vehicle picks you up to head to Cổ Thạch beach, where you can swim and have dinner.
19:00: The vehicle takes you back to Ho Chi Minh City. Expected arrival time is around 23:00 – 00:00 early morning.
